This is a platinum Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph 5960P-001. The blue dial has applied white gold faceted baton hour markers, luminous dots, and white gold luminous feuille hands, as well as a center sweep seconds hand. It has outer minute and 1/5th seconds divisions, and a guilloche silver subsidiary dial for the combined 30/60-minute and 12-hour totalizer. There is a power-reserve indicator at 12 o'clock, apertures for the days of the week, the date, and the months, as well as a day/night indicator. It has a round button fly back chronograph and it's water resistant to 30 meters. There are correctors in the band and a screw-down transparent sapphire crystal case back. The alligator leather strap includes a matching platinum deployant clasp. The 13.55mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph 5960P-001 has a mechanical self-winding caliber CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H movement that's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment and it's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It's constructed with 40 jewels, 456 parts, and a straight-line lever escapement. There is a shock absorber mechanism and the patented Patek Philippe Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions. It has a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor with oil-free ball bearing and zirconium balls. It has a power reserve of up to 55 hours.
