This is an 18k white gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Grande Complication 5327G-001. It has a blue alligator strap with an 18k white gold Patek Philippe double deployment buckle with a Calatrava emblem release, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. It has a pull out winding crown, and a corrector for the date and leap year on the left-side case band at 9 o'clock. There is a screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back, and an additional solid case back engraved inside with "PATEK PHILIPPE – GENEVE – SWISS – 5327," a serial number and hallmarks. The 39mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and angled bezel. The dial is blue lacquer with applied white gold Breguet-style Arabic numeral hour markers, white gold dauphine hands, and a perimeter applied white gold dot minute scale. There are three recessed blue subsidiary dials, including a combination 24-hour/radial day register at 9 o'clock, a month/leap year indicator at 3 o'clock, and there is a moon phase/radial date dial at 6 o'clock. The moon phase is on a disc cut from a wafer of corundum sapphire crystal, decorated with stars and two moons against a blue background. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind. The case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Grande Complication 5327G-001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 240 Q movement. It's rhodium plated with cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's hallmarked with the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 275 components, 8 bridges, and a shock absorber device. It includes a monometallic Gyromax® balance that's adjusted to temperature and 5 positions, a Spiromax® self-compensating balance spring, and a 22k gold off-center mini-rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
