The 43mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished. It has a black brushed sunray dial with applied faceted white gold dart hour markers, applied white gold Arabic numerals at 9 and 3 o'clock, and luminous pips around an outer luminous white minute track. Around the perimeter flange is a luminous white radial date chapter ring with a red "31," and there is a steel center sweep date hand with a red "feather" indicator tip that can be moved in either direction. It has an aperture for viewing the tourbillon at 6 o'clock with a 3-spoke running small seconds hand attached to the top pivot of the titanium tourbillon carriage; the date hand jumps from the 15th to the 16th completely past the Tourbillon window in order to not obstruct the view. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding. The 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Jaeger LeCoultre Master Grand "Regulateur a Tourbillon" Q1666470 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 978 (base Jaeger-LeCoultre 965) movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 33 jewels, 302 components, a one-minute titanium tourbillon carriage, and a monometallic balance. It includes a shock absorber device, a lateral lever escapement, a blued steel Breguet balance spring, and a 22K gold rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
