This is a .950 platinum Jaeger LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Tourbillon Cylindrique Quantieme Perpetuel Q5046520. It has an alligator leather strap with a .950 JLC platinum tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes a screw down winding crown, a corrector for the date on the left side case band at 8 o'clock, and a an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved with "JUBILEE EDITION – LIMITED SERIES – 5 bar," an edition number, a serial number, and several hallmarks including the JLC master control 1000-hour test seal. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, gently curved lugs, and rounded bezel, are polished/brushed. It has a textured grained silvered two-tier dial with painted black baton hour markers and a perimeter black minute track with Arabic numerals every five minutes to 60. It includes white gold dauphine hands, and there is a flying cylindrical tourbillon visible at 6 o'clock with a 60-minute running small seconds arch and a blued hand inside the tourbillon. It has three recessed silvered subsidiary dials with flat silvered rings, black markers and Arabic numerals, and blued steel indicator hands, including a radial month register with two aperture windows for the 4-digit year at 12 o'clock, a radial date indicator at 9 o'clock, and a radial day dial surrounding a moon phase at 3 o'clock with a white gold hand. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, it has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 13.1mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The flying tourbillon has a cylindrical balance-spring producing an extremely high level of accuracy that makes the caliber 985 the most accurate perpetual calendar tourbillon in the world. It's rhodium plated with deep sunray embellishment, and it's constructed with 49 jewels, 431 components, a single barrel, and the 22K gold rotor has a high relief reproduction of the gold medal won by Jaeger LeCoultre at the Universal Exhibition in 1889. The mechanism oscillates with a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
