This is an 18k rose gold IWC Pilot Chronograph (Fliegeruhr) IW371713. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold buckle tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has round chronograph push buttons, a screw down winding crown, and a solid screw down case back engraved with "INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO. - FLIEGERUHR," and hallmarks. The 42mm diameter solid two-body case, stepped/angled bezel, and downturned lugs are polished; the solid screw down case back is engraved, "FLIEGERUHR - INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO." The dial is black with applied luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, and baton hour indexes around a minute/seconds track. There are three recessed black subsidiary dials, including a running seconds sub dial at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour totalizer at 6 o'clock, and a 30-minute register is at 12 o'clock. It has luminous gold "Spitfire" sword hands, and a center sweep chronograph hand. There are rectangular day and date aperture windows at the 3 o'clock position, and it's water resistant to 60 meters/200 feet, with a power reserve of 44 hours. The 15mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This IWC Pilot Chronograph IW371713 has an automatic self-winding IWC caliber (base ETA 7750) 79320 movement that's rhodium plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has an anti-magnetic iron core, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, an index regulator, and a hacking seconds mechanism. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
