This is a Cartier Santos 100 Mid-Size W20106X8. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel double foldover buckle, and a domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. It has a protected octagonal pull out winding crown topped with a sapphire spinel, and a solid polished curved case back secured with 8 screws and engraved with "SANTOS 100 - CARTIER - AUTOMATIC – STAINLESS STEEL – WATER RESISTANT – 100M 330 FEET – 2878." The 35.6mm by 44.2mm tonneau-shaped solid curved case, straight lugs, and flat curved bezel with 8 screws, are polished/brushed. The dial is silvered opaline with black sword hands with luminous inserts, a black center sweep second hand, and an inner minute/second scale. It has black Roman numeral hour markers, and the secret Cartier signature is on the VII. It has a 38-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 10.7mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
